Emmie's theology
Just now Emmie was arguing with me about wanting to watch tv...
Me - No, Emmie, you need to just go play.
Em - No!
Me - Emmie, you can't say no to momma. The Bible says "children, obey your parents in the Lord for this is right."
Em - Oh. The right thing is to obey God and God betect (protect) us from the fender (thunder) when the lightning comes. Right?
I always ask her - "who made you, Emmie?" and she answers "God did." Sometimes I say "Who made you so beautiful?" and she'll say "God did!" A few days ago she came to me crying and I said "Oh, Emmie, what made you cry?" Her answer - "God did!"
