Sad news
Job 1:21 - The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away. Blessed be the name of the Lord.
Friday night I began to miscarry, and yesterday went into the ER to find out what exactly was happening. I did end up miscarrying, and ended up staying in the hospital through the night. Throughout this weekend this verse has echoed through my mind. God is indeed good, regardless of the circumstances. We have been surrounded by good friends who came to pray and cry with us, and sweet family phone calls. Lani and Rachel selflessly spent Saturday caring for our children so that Jeff could stay with me through the night, and today the Senns and the Murrays added to their own busy families so our kids would have a happy morning with their good friends.
Our hearts are thankful. Sad, but thankful. We love you all.
