Yesterday Carson went in for his little hernia repair. He did so well! He couldn't eat after 9:00am and the surgery was scheduled for 4:00pm, but ended up being at about 5:30. He was so good all day - didn't complain much at all, just fussed a little about being hungry. The surgery went long and was a little more involved than we had expected, but everything went really well and he's healing up quickly. By this morning he was already smiling and sweet as you can see in the pictures below.

We are so thankful for all the prayers for him. The Lord answered and gave the doctor wisdom and skill in what he (the doctor) called "a very difficult surgery"!
